BACK UP SYSTEM?

Yes, everything is backed up so that in the unusual event the computer system crashes, there is no downtime. Both systems are up and running at the same time so that if one system happens to fail, the other is cued ready to go with no downtime in the music flow.

CONTRACT INFORMATION?

We require half the total balance for the event to firm the date/contract. The deposit is due 8 days after receiving the initial contract. All dates are considered open unless there is a deposit for the event. The remaining balance is due the week before the event. Cash, online payments via Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, and checks are accepted. If the deposit is not received by the contract due date, other potential clients may book the date. The deposit is nonrefundable.

SONG SELECTION FROM CLIENTS?

During the wedding itinerary part of the planning we try to meet to discuss the evening details. During this time we discuss special songs, do/do not play list, as well as other musical preferences. The other selections during the evening are based on crowd reaction and response to what is being played. Our goal is to keep the dance floor full and to ensure that all guests have an evening to remember full of great music. Customized playlists may be an option if this is desired. Clients will often provide around 20 to 30 must plays for an event.


WHAT ABOUT CEREMONY SOUND?

Yes, we do offer ceremony music as well as a separate sound system for your marriage service which is available for an additional fee. This includes a lapel mic, speakers, and music for ceremony both before/during/afterwards

WHEN DO YOU SET UP?

We set up at least one hour before the guests enter the venue. Load in will take place when guests are not around. All sound gear is set up ready to go in the event the guests need to enter the room before event start time. All sound and lighting is checked during this time so that when it is time to play as the bridal party enters the room, the volume and presentation are dialed in.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICING?

Our rates begin with a basic 4 hour package and is priced accordingly. This includes dancefloor lights, full sound system with subs, wireless mic, set up/tear down, all planning/meetings prior to event. There are no hidden fees or charges for travel within an hour radius of Cleveland.

QUALITY SOUND EQUIPMENT?

We only use quality sound gear for all our events. The LED dance floor lighting used is also of high quality and neatly set up, which can be sound activated for maximum beat matching effects. The lighting and sound system used will accommodate any room.
